Ordering
Who can order from Global StockLot?
Businesses: retailers, importers, brands and wholesalers. We quote per lot or per style to a stated quantity and destination. Send categories, quantities and target prices through our page to request a wholesale quotation or WhatsApp.
How do I place an enquiry?
Message +8801616989909 on WhatsApp or use the request a wholesale quotation page. State the categories, quantities, price range and destination market, and we reply with matching lots or a production route, then a written quotation stating unit price, minimum quantity and lead time.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is stated per lot for stock and set per style for production. It depends on the fabric, trims and process. The MOQ guide explains how minimums are determined.
How long does an order take?
Ready stock ships once the quantity is confirmed and the buyer approves payment terms. Production time depends on style, fabric and quantity, and the quotation states it. See the lead time guide.
Are quotations binding?
No. A quotation is non-binding until both parties confirm it in writing. Prices and availability stay subject to confirmation, as the terms state. Read the unit price, minimum quantity and lead time before you approve it.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples are made against a reference garment or specification, and the sample is approved before bulk production starts. The tech pack guide lists what a buyer supplies, such as a size chart with tolerances and a physical colour reference.
Ready stock and stock lots
What is ready stock?
Ready stock is finished product held in our Dhaka warehouse, listed by category with fabric, size range, colours and piece count per lot. Browse the ready-stock range, then request the lots you want and we confirm availability.
What is the difference between ready stock and stock lots?
Ready stock is finished product held for sale in stated quantities. Stock lots are export surplus, shipment-cancelled or clearance quantities, each with its source stated. See stock lots for current listings with fabric, size breakdown and piece count per lot.
Is the listed quantity guaranteed?
No. A listing shows the quantity at the time of the last update. Availability is confirmed at enquiry, and the lot goes to the first buyer who confirms, so message us before you plan a shipment on a listed quantity.
Why is the size breakdown of a stock lot uneven?
Stock lots carry the sizes that remained from the original run, not a designed curve. We publish the actual count per size before a buyer commits, so you can check the breakdown against your market before payment.
Are branded stock lots genuine?
Provenance is stated per lot, with the source declared. The branded surplus guide lists the checks a buyer runs on any branded stock, ours included. Buyers can also inspect the lot at the Uttara showroom before payment.
Can I inspect the stock before buying?
Yes. Inspect at the Uttara showroom or appoint a third-party inspector. First-lot buyers are encouraged to inspect before payment. Inspection checks the goods against the listed fabric, size breakdown and piece count for the lot.
Manufacturing
What does Global StockLot manufacture?
Men's garments to specification: denim, polo shirts, t-shirts, shirts, trousers, twill and cargo pants, hoodies, jackets, shorts, boxers and caps. Each is cut, sewn and finished to buyer specification. See the manufacturing overview.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. Private label production applies a buyer's brand, labels and packaging to garments made to the buyer's specification. Send a tech pack or reference garment and we quote unit price, minimum quantity and lead time. See private label.
Who owns a design I supply?
The buyer. Designs, artwork and tech packs supplied by a buyer remain the buyer's intellectual property, and we use them only to fulfil that buyer's order, never for another customer's.
What happens to products you do not manufacture?
We source them through vetted suppliers and say so in the quotation. Footwear and leather goods follow this route, so the buyer knows whether they are dealing with the producer or an intermediary. See the sourcing service.
How is quality controlled?
Goods are inspected against the approved sample and measurement chart before packing, with in-line control during sewing. Buyers add a third-party inspection on request, and we recommend it on a first order. See the inspection guide.
Shipping and documents
Where do shipments leave from?
Exports leave Bangladesh through the port of Chattogram. The quotation states the Incoterm, which fixes where cost and risk pass to the buyer. Ready stock ships once the quantity is confirmed and payment terms are approved.
What documents accompany a shipment?
A commercial invoice, packing list and transport document accompany every export, with further documents depending on the destination market. The import guide lists each one, so a buyer can prepare customs clearance before the goods arrive.
How is duty determined?
Duty depends on the product's Harmonized System code and the destination. The HS codes guide explains how a buyer confirms the heading with customs before ordering, so the landed cost is known before the quotation is accepted.
Do you ship to the EU and the Gulf?
Yes. Both markets have documentation and labelling requirements covered on the European Union and Gulf pages. Each page sets out what a buyer needs for that market, and the quotation states the Incoterm for the destination.
Visiting Bangladesh
Where is the showroom and when is it open?
House 02, Road 10, Sector 09, Uttara, Dhaka. Hours are Sunday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00. Buyers inspect ready stock and stock lots there; message us on WhatsApp with your dates before you come.
How long does a visit take?
Three working days is the practical minimum for stock and manufacturing combined; two days covers stock alone. The visit guide breaks down each stage, so tell us your categories and dates and we build the visit schedule from them.
Do I need a visa to visit?
Requirements depend on nationality and change over time. Check with the Bangladeshi mission in your country, and tell us your dates so we can discuss supporting documents. We do not set visa rules, so confirm with the mission before you book.
