Wholesale Shirts from Bangladesh: Weave, Collar, Sizes

Woven shirts hold their value in stock better than knits, because construction quality is visible and does not degrade in storage. The lots below state fabric and construction rather than describing everything as cotton.

Shirts: lots held now

1 lot

Which shirt lots are available now?

The grid above lists every shirt lot currently in the warehouse, with fabric, weave, composition, size range, colours, available pieces and supply condition stated per lot. Filter by fabric or condition to narrow the list.

Lots are counted physically on arrival, not carried forward from the original packing list. Where a lot contains seconds, the proportion and the defect type are stated rather than left for the buyer to find. Shirt lots can share a consignment with the rest of our current ready stock.

What fabrics and constructions are held?

Collar style, cuff type and whether the shirt is fused are stated per lot where known.

Construction detail matters more in shirting than in any other category we stock, because the components that fail — collar interlining, fusing quality — are invisible until the garment has been laundered. Where we know a lot's construction detail, we publish it. Where we do not, we say that rather than guessing.

What separates good shirting from poor covers the construction points worth checking, and the same checks apply to stock as to production.

How do size ratios break in shirt stock lots?

Shirt lots break by collar size rather than by garment size, and the middle collar sizes go first. Expect lots weighted toward the extremes, and check the actual breakdown against your market before agreeing a price.

Collar sizing also differs by market convention — centimetres in most of Europe, inches in the UK and US, mixed in the Gulf. We state the labelling convention per lot, because a buyer receiving inch-labelled shirts for a centimetre market has a relabelling cost they did not price.

What packing is used for shirt consignments?

Shirts are commonly packed folded with collar support and pins, or hanging where the buyer's retail format requires it. Hanging cartons carry fewer units and cost more per piece to ship, so state the requirement before packing.

How do I order shirt stock lots?

Send the fabrics, quantities and price range you work to and we will confirm what is available against it. Where the size or collar breakdown does not suit your market, we will say so rather than let you find out at your own warehouse.

Buyers needing larger single-style quantities can check bulk lot inventory; buyers needing consistent repeat quantities that stock cannot supply need shirt manufacturing instead.
