Wholesale Polo Shirts from Bangladesh: Knit and Collar

A polo shirt is a knitted shirt with a collar and a short button placket. The lots on this page differ in knit structure, weight and collar construction, and each listing states all three.

Which polo shirt lots are in stock now?

The grid above lists every polo shirt lot in the warehouse today, with knit structure, fabric weight, composition, size range, colours, available pieces and supply condition per lot. Filters narrow the grid by condition and fabric.

Pieces are counted physically on arrival, not carried forward from the original packing list. Availability is confirmed at enquiry. Browse all ready-stock men's wear or the lots above, and ask us to confirm quantity before booking freight.

What polo fabrics and weights do we hold?

Polo lots fall into three knit structures: piqué, single jersey and double piqué. Piqué polos weigh 180 to 220 grams per square metre, and single jersey polos 160 to 200 grams per square metre.

What polo fabrics and weights do we hold

Single jerseySmooth, flat160 to 200Lightweight casual and uniform
PiquéTextured honeycomb180 to 220Retail standard, corporate wear
Double piquéDense, textured220 to 260Premium and heavy-wear

Piqué is a knit with a raised cellular surface that resists clinging and hides sweat marks. Composition is stated per lot: 100 percent cotton, cotton-polyester blends, and polyester performance knits. Yarn type is stated where known, because combed and carded cotton pill differently at identical weight. How GSM is measured and verified applies equally to polo fabric.

What collar, placket and construction details are stated?

Each listing names the collar type, placket length, button count and hem finish. Self-fabric knit collars and rib collars are the two standard types, and placket buttons run two to three.

Collar construction is the first visible failure point on a polo. A collar that curls after washing signals mismatched shrinkage between collar and body fabric. A knit collar made from the body fabric shrinks with the body, while a rib collar is cut from a separate rib knit and relies on pre-shrinking.

We state the following per lot where known:

  • Collar: knit self-fabric or rib, with or without tipping
  • Placket: length in centimetres and button count
  • Sleeve finish: rib cuff or plain hem
  • Side vents: present or absent
  • Branding: plain, embroidered or printed

Where a detail is unknown, the listing says so rather than assuming it. Buyers wanting a collar or placket specified in volume use pique polo manufacturing instead, where those details are set in the sample.

How do polo size ratios break in stock lots?

Stock lots carry the size breakdown that remained, not a designed curve. The middle sizes M and L clear first, so lots lean toward S and the XL to XXL end, and we publish the actual count per size.

Buyers distributing across retail compare the breakdown against their store profile before agreeing a price. A lot heavy in XL is worth more to a buyer serving that customer than to one who is not. Sizing convention is stated per lot, because chest measurements differ between markets and a buyer receiving mislabelled goods bears the relabelling cost.

How are polo shirts packed for export?

Standard export packing is one polo per polybag, folded with a collar card or clip, in cartons with a stated piece count. Buyers needing a different fold, bag or hangtag configuration state it before packing starts.

Polos are lighter than woven shirts and pack densely, which lowers freight cost per piece. Carton marks follow the buyer's specification, and buyers with warehouse receiving requirements send the shipping mark layout with the order. Reworking a packed consignment adds handling cost, so the instruction comes first.

Lot minimums are stated on each listing. For quantities that stock cannot supply, lot-priced stock from surplus and cancelled orders offers larger single-style runs.
