Wholesale Boxers from Bangladesh: Cut, Fabric and Packs

Men's boxers divide into two constructions, woven and knit, and two cuts, loose and fitted. Each lot here states construction, cut, fabric, waistband and pack format, so a buyer prices the right product.

Which boxer lots are currently available?

The grid above shows every boxer lot in the warehouse today, with construction, fabric, waistband, size range, colours, pack format, piece count and supply condition per lot. Filter by condition or fabric to narrow it.

Quantity is confirmed at enquiry rather than reserved by the listing. A lot listed this morning goes to the first confirming buyer, so a buyer booking freight asks us to confirm the count first. Browse what is in the warehouse now for the garments that ship alongside.

What is the difference between woven and knit boxers?

Woven boxers are cut from cotton poplin or similar fabric and sit loose with a button or snap fly. Knit boxers and boxer briefs use jersey or rib with elastane and stretch to the body. The lot states which.

Woven boxerCotton poplin, plain weaveLoose, open leg
Knit boxerSingle jersey, 100% cotton or blendRelaxed, closed leg
Boxer briefJersey with 3 to 8% elastaneFitted, longer leg
TrunkJersey with elastaneFitted, short leg

Elastane content in knit fabric controls recovery after washing; a lot states the percentage where known. Woven poplin has no stretch, so sizing runs by waist measurement and the elastic waistband carries the fit.

What waistband and size specifications do lots state?

Waistbands are covered elastic, exposed elastic with branded text, or drawcord on woven styles. Sizes run S to XXL, with a stated waist range in centimetres per size, and the size breakdown reflects the stock actually held.

Covered elastic sits flat against the skin and is the most common in knit styles; exposed branded elastic is a retail feature and indicates a branded lot. Branded lots follow the provenance checks in the branded surplus guide.

Stock lots carry the size breakdown that remained from the original run, not a designed curve. A buyer distributing across retail checks the breakdown against the store profile before agreeing a price.

How are boxers packed and labelled?

Boxers ship sealed: one piece per polybag, or multi-packs of 2, 3 or 5 in a header bag or box. Fibre content, size and country of origin appear on a sewn-in or printed label.

Underwear is sold sealed in most markets, so cartons are packed and closed at source. Destination labelling rules differ: the EU requires fibre composition labelling under Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011, and Gulf markets require origin marking. A buyer states the target market so labels match, and the European Union market page outlines the checks.

A buyer needing a different pack count states it before packing begins, because reopening sealed packs is costly and risks contamination of the product.

How do stock lots differ from boxers made to order?

A stock lot is finished product in a fixed quantity, size breakdown and colour, available now. A made-to-order run specifies fabric, waistband, pack format and branding from the first sample.

Stock suits buyers testing a market or filling a seasonal gap. Complete size curves in volume need production to specification, available through boxer and underwear production. Surplus runs and shipment-cancelled quantities sit under stock lot quantities, where the source of each lot is stated.

What quality checks apply to boxers before listing?

Each lot is counted physically and sampled for seam strength, waistband recovery, fabric shrinkage and colour fastness. The count we publish is our own physical count, not the figure on an inherited packing list.

Waistband recovery is tested by stretching the elastic to its limit repeatedly and measuring return to the original length. Seams on knit boxers use overlock or flatlock stitching, and a skipped stitch at the crotch gusset is the most common fault. Buyers verify through the method in the inspection guide, in person at the showroom or through a third-party inspector.
