Wholesale Caps from Bangladesh: Crown, Closure, Branding

A cap is headwear with a structured crown and a visor. Lots on this page state crown style, fabric, closure and any branding, because those four attributes decide a cap's price, fit and retail position.

Which cap lots are currently available?

Cap lots appear in the grid above as they are counted into the Dhaka warehouse, each stating crown style, fabric, closure, colours, piece count and supply condition. Filter by style or condition to narrow it.

Quantity is confirmed at enquiry rather than reserved by the listing. A lot visible this morning goes to the first buyer who confirms, so a buyer planning a shipment asks us to confirm the count first. Caps sit within our ready-stock men's wear, which means one consignment carries headwear and garments together.

What cap styles are held in stock?

Six crown styles cover most men's caps: six-panel baseball, five-panel, snapback, strapback, fitted and trucker with mesh back. The lot sheet names the style, and the style fixes the crown height and closure.

What cap styles are held in stock
StyleCrownClosure
Baseball (six-panel)Structured or unstructuredStrap, buckle or snap
Five-panelFlat front panelStrap
SnapbackStructured, flat visorPlastic snap
StrapbackUnstructured, low profileMetal or fabric strap
FittedStructuredNone, sized by circumference
TruckerFoam front, mesh backPlastic snap

Structured crowns hold shape through buckram lining in the front panels; unstructured crowns have no buckram and sit softer on the head. A buyer comparing two caps of the same style but different crown build is comparing different products.

What fabrics and branding do cap lots have?

Fabrics are cotton twill, cotton canvas, polyester and nylon. Branding is embroidered, woven-patch, printed or absent, and each lot states which; unbranded blanks are listed separately from branded product. Crown style, closure and piece count are stated per lot.

Cotton twill is the most common cap fabric, valued for crisp embroidery and wash durability. Polyester dries faster and suits sportswear positioning. Branded lots carry a third party's marks; the branded surplus guide describes the provenance checks that apply before a buyer commits.

Blank caps suit buyers adding their own logo after receipt. Buyers needing embroidery applied to a new run use custom cap production, which specifies fabric, panel count and decoration from the start.

How are cap sizes specified?

Adjustable caps are one-size, fitting 55 to 61 cm head circumference. Fitted caps are sized by head circumference in centimetres or US hat sizes, where size 7 equals 55.9 cm. The lot sheet states the size run.

Fitted size runs are narrow and irregular on surplus lots, so a buyer checks the count per size before pricing. One-size adjustable lots carry no size breakdown, which makes them the simpler category to resell across markets.

Sweatband material, eyelet type and stitching density per inch of visor edge are inspected on sample pieces before listing. A buyer asking for any of these on a specific lot receives the figure from the physical sample.

How are caps packed for export?

Caps ship stacked in nested sets inside polybags or individually bagged, with master cartons packed by style and colour. Goods leave Bangladesh through the port of Chattogram, and the carton quantity is confirmed at enquiry.

Nested stacking protects crown shape in transit, and a buyer wanting retail-ready packing states it before packing begins, because crowns deform if cartons are compressed. Buyers with warehouse receiving rules send the carton-mark layout with the order. Larger quantities from cancelled or finished runs appear under lot-priced stock.

What quality checks apply to caps before listing?

Each lot is counted physically and sampled for visor straightness, panel alignment, embroidery registration, sweatband stitching and closure function. The count we publish is our own physical count, not the figure on an inherited packing list.

Panel seams on a six-panel cap meet at the crown button, and misalignment at that point is the most visible fault on a finished cap. Embroidery is checked for thread density and backing, since sparse stitching puckers the fabric after the first wash. The inspection guide explains the sampling method a third-party inspector applies, which a buyer runs on any consignment, ours included.

How do I order cap stock lots?

Send the styles, fabrics, colours and quantity you work to, and we will confirm the lots that match, with piece count and any size breakdown stated per lot. Message us on WhatsApp at +8801616989909 or use the contact page.
