Wholesale Shoes from Bangladesh: Upper, Sole, Size Run

Footwear is specified by upper material, sole, construction method and size run, and sold in pairs. Each lot on this page states those attributes and the pair count, so a buyer prices a defined product rather than a general description.

Which shoe lots are currently available?

No shoes lots are listed right now. Lots appear here as they are counted in, so ask and we will check the warehouse and our supplier network.

Quantity is confirmed at enquiry rather than reserved by the listing, so a buyer booking freight asks us to confirm the pair count first. Footwear sits within stock available for immediate shipment, and one consignment carries shoes and garments together.

Footwear falls outside our own garment production floor. Lots arrive through our sourcing service and its vetted supplier network, and each lot states that it is sourced.

What shoe types and materials are held?

Lots cover sneakers, loafers, formal lace-ups, sandals and slippers. Uppers are leather, PU, textile or mesh; soles are rubber, thermoplastic rubber (TPR), EVA or PU. The lot sheet names each.

What shoe types and materials are held
ComponentOptions in the trade
UpperLeather, PU synthetic, canvas, knit or mesh
SoleRubber, TPR, EVA foam, PU
LiningLeather, textile, mesh
InsoleEVA, PU foam, removable footbed

Leather and PU uppers differ in price and breathability, and the leather goods page describes the grade classes. EVA soles are lightweight; rubber outsoles carry heavier wear. A buyer matching shoes to a retail price band compares upper and sole together.

How is shoe construction specified?

Four methods dominate: cemented (glued), vulcanised (heat-cured rubber), injection-moulded, and welted (stitched, as in Goodyear or Blake). Cemented is the most common method for stock footwear; welted constructions are heavier and priced higher.

Cemented shoes bond the upper to the sole with adhesive and a press. Vulcanised shoes, the classic canvas sneaker build, cure rubber at high temperature to bond sole and upper. Injection-moulded sandals and slippers form the sole in one operation. Welted shoes stitch a strip between upper and sole and allow resoling.

Sole separation at the toe or heel is the common failure on cemented footwear, so we flex-test sample pairs and inspect bond lines before listing.

How are shoe sizes and size runs stated?

Lots state the sizing system (EU, UK or US) and the pair count per size. Men's EU sizes run 39 to 46 in standard runs, and the actual run on stock is irregular, because it holds the sizes that remained.

Size systems differ: a UK 8 equals EU 42 and US 9 in men's sizing. Lots state conversions in the sheet. Buyers check the pair count per size against the destination market's size distribution before agreeing a price, since a run heavy in sizes 41 and 42 serves a different market than one weighted toward 44 and above.

Larger consignments of surplus or cancelled footwear appear among available stock lots with the source stated.

How are shoes packed and shipped?

Shoes ship boxed, one pair per box with tissue or stuffing, packed in master cartons by size and colour. Goods leave Bangladesh through the port of Chattogram. Footwear classifies under HS chapter 64.

Duty depends on the upper material and the destination, so a buyer confirms the heading before ordering; the HS codes guide explains the method. Buyers needing a particular box format, barcode label or carton-mark layout state it before packing begins, because opening and repacking pairs damages the box and the shoe.

Footwear needs pre-shipment checks for sole bond, stitching and size marking. The inspection guide describes the AQL method applied by third-party inspectors.

What does a buyer inspect on arrival?

Five checks cover most footwear disputes: size marking against the last, sole bond, stitching, upper material against the lot sheet, and pair symmetry. Each runs on sample boxes opened from the master carton.

Size marking is read on the insole, the box and the carton, and all three match. Pairs are placed on a flat surface to confirm both shoes stand level and share the same heel height. The sole is flexed by hand at the ball of the foot to expose weak adhesive bonds. A buyer who inspects at the showroom runs the same checks before payment.
