Ready Stock: lots held now

This is the fastest route from enquiry to delivered container and the lowest-risk way for a new buyer to test the relationship.
What is held in ready stock right now?
Denim, twill and cargo trousers, t-shirts, polo shirts, woven shirts, hoodies, jackets, shorts and boxers, held as counted and graded lots. The listing grid above shows what is available today, filterable by supply condition and fabric.
Stock changes weekly. A lot listed this morning can be committed by the afternoon, which is why quantities are stated per lot and confirmed at the point of enquiry rather than promised in advance. Buyers working to a specific quantity treat the listed figure as a snapshot and ask us to confirm before planning a shipment. Buyers shipping to the Gulf can read the notes on supplying the UAE and Saudi Arabia before fixing a delivery date.
What does each stock listing specify?
Every lot states fabric composition, fabric weight, size range and ratio, colours, available pieces, minimum order quantity, packing and supply condition. Lots with broken ratios or minor defects say so.
The honesty on ratios matters more than the headline quantity. Real stock comes in irregular size breakdowns because it is what remained, and a buyer planning retail distribution needs the actual breakdown rather than an idealised curve. We publish it, including when it is awkward.
Supply condition is stated per lot — ready stock, export surplus, shipment cancelled or clearance. What each condition means and how lots are graded explains the differences and what quantities are realistic under each.
What minimum order applies to ready-stock lots?
They are far lower than manufacturing minimums, because no fabric dyeing lot or line changeover is involved — the goods already exist.
This is the practical reason a first-time buyer starts here. A ready-stock order tests documentation, packing, communication and delivery against real money at a fraction of the exposure a manufacturing programme carries. Buyers who then move to production do so knowing how we operate. Retail buyers weighing this route against others can compare where retailers buy stock.
How quickly can ready stock ship?
Goods already exist, so the calendar is confirmation, inspection, packing and booking rather than production. Sea freight to Europe adds 22 to 35 days; to Gulf ports, materially less.
Removing production from the sequence takes 60 days out of a first order compared with manufacturing to specification. Where a buyer has a season to catch, this is the only route that makes it. Documents, duty and clearance at destination follow the full import process.
How is ready stock inspected before despatch?
Lots are counted, graded and sorted on arrival, and inspected again before packing. Buyers may inspect in person or appoint a third-party inspector, and we recommend it on a first order.
Physical inspection is the check that settles everything, and we would rather a buyer take it than rely on our description. Buyers unable to travel can appoint an inspector; buyers who can are welcome to come and see the warehouse, which is faster and tells them considerably more than any listing does.
